EFT - Emotional Freedom Techniques - also known as "tapping" is an energy technique. We use light tapping with the fingertips to stimulate acupuncture points.

 

At the same time we focus our attention on feelings, tensions or emotions present in our bodies while we say specific statements. The intensity of your stress

will start decreasing slowly as we perform the tapping sequence. You can think of it as a kind of emotional acupressure.
